At KeyFT, we strive to provide the best field verification experience. Please note our updated policy regarding digital access and payments:

• Digital Access & Activation Since Pro Access provides immediate delivery of digital encrypted keys and instant access to the Private Integrated Dashboard, all successful payments are generally non-refundable once the key has been issued.
• Technical Support If you encounter a technical failure where the Pro Key is not delivered or the Excel Recap feature is inaccessible after a successful transaction, please contact our support team within 24 hours for manual activation.
• Subscription Management You can manage or cancel your monthly renewal at any time directly through the Owner Dashboard. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
