Due to the digital nature of KeyFT protocol services (Mission Links and Cryptographic Credits), all transactions are final and non-refundable. Access to the service is granted immediately.
KeyFT operates strictly on a One-Time Purchase model. We never store payment methods or execute automatic renewals. Users manually top up their token balance whenever credits run low.
If a confirmed server-side outage on KeyFT's infrastructure prevents the completion of a verified mission, a credit to your account will be issued. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours.
Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all KeyFT orders. They handle all payment security, global tax compliance, and financial records. KeyFT does not store your credit card details.
Credits consumed during verification failures due to fraud (GPS spoofing, biometric mismatch, or data manipulation) are strictly non-refundable. These fees compensate for infrastructural resources.
Users agree to resolve inquiries via support@keyft.com before initiating a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks will result in permanent suspension of the account and all digital assets.
